Prepared the site, installed site utilities and performed site improvements to prepare for the building construction for a large medical building to be built by a private contractor.
Project included permitting, clearing, grubbing the job site, grading, constructing site drainage pond and structures, installing all underground utilities and compacting the building footprint.
Also included was the installation of 74 space asphalt parking lot, curbing and sidewalks.
We provided temporary power usage during construction, and installed the permanent utility connections (water/wastewater/electricity/ natural gas/communications lines), grass/landscaping/irrigation system, sidewalks, all parking area lighting and lockable bollards.
Project completed three weeks early

General renovation of Eglin AFB Building, one of 25 historic buildings in the Eglin Field National Historical District, which has a period of significance of 1925-1949 when it was a small Air Facility
Work includes removal of existing exterior/ interior and structural components, mechanical system components, electrical and communications components, finishes, ceilings, walls, doors, associated hardware and the installation of upgrade components, plus furniture, fixtures and equipment
This building had been renovated many times and had layers of wall material. Many structure supports were badly compromised or missing, crumbling plaster from original part of the building unable to hold door frames, original brittle masonry around windows preventing proper installation of new windows, layers of failing roofing allowing water intrusion, and many other issues
